Meet Martha

In 2010, Martha Grijalva joined the Vacation rental industry by joining forces with real estate investors and innovators to create a new, better vacation rental management team. Today, Martha has started her own firm The Sweet Escape Team with in-house housekeeping and maintenance. Martha has the knowledge you are looking for when purchasing a vacation rental investment home. Martha grew up in La Quinta and has led her clients to the best spots to purchase an investment home or their sweet escape. 

Martha Grijalva graduated with honors with a degree in business with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Management.  As a Coachella Valley Realtor, Martha understands that a buyer decides within eight seconds of seeing a home if they're interested in buying a home. Martha will help guide you by staging a home inside and out to ensure her clients leave the best impression possible to a buyer.

  • Martha is a wonderful host. We stayed in a villa in la Quinta. Not only was the villa beautiful but the property it self was beautiful. The place was spotless clean and she provided snacks as well. The beds are super comfortable felt like home and there's plenty of towels.
