In 2010, Martha Grijalva joined the Vacation rental industry by joining forces with real estate investors and innovators to create a new, better vacation rental management team. Today, Martha has started her own firm The Sweet Escape Team with in-house housekeeping and maintenance. Martha has the knowledge you are looking for when purchasing a vacation rental investment home. Martha grew up in La Quinta and has led her clients to the best spots to purchase an investment home or their sweet escape.

  • Martha is a wonderful host. We stayed in a villa in la Quinta. Not only was the villa beautiful but the property it self was beautiful. The place was spotless clean and she provided snacks as well. The beds are super comfortable felt like home and there's plenty of towels. She was very responsive and flexible with checking in early to enjoy the pools. I will definitely be booking again.
